Condiciones de inscripción y normativa de la escuela:

Consiento a Barcelona Taiko a incorporar en su base de datos las fotografías y videos en las que aparezco, así como al uso de dicho material audiovisual con fines publicitarios o lúdicos en medios impresos y/o digitales.
Soy conocedor de que todas las composiciones de Barcelona Taiko tienen derechos reservados y la copia o distribución de videos, fotos y/o material didáctico proporcionado para las clases está prohibida.
Declaro que no haré responsable a Barcelona Taiko de ninguna pérdida personal, accidente o cualquier otro daño que pueda resultar durante las clases y/o eventos de taiko.
Acepto las condiciones de privacidad y uso de datos (se facilitará si se desea el derecho de acceso, rectificación y cancelación, manifestando nuestro compromiso de discreción y confidencialidad).
Para poder actuar en los eventos es requisito el participar activamente de las actividades de la escuela y atender a las clases periódicas mensuales.
Barcelona Taiko se reserva el derecho de admisión tanto en las clases como en la participación de los eventos.
No se permitirá actuar en los eventos si se forma parte de otro grupo de taiko, salvo consentimiento expreso de la dirección.
La participación en eventos y exhibiciones no está remunerada.
La tarifa mensual cubre 4 sesiones de 90 minutos al mes (80 euros). Para los meses que tengan 5 días, se anunciarán las fechas concretas el mes anterior.
Para poder disfrutar de los precios mensuales es necesario el pago de la tasa de matrícula (35 euros).
Para faltar a una sesión y poder recuperarla otro día es necesario avisar como mínimo 48h antes.
La falta injustificada a una sesión supone la pérdida de la misma y su valor no será reembolsado.
Las sesiones a recuperar (máx. 1 por mes) se realizarán en el mes siguiente a la falta.
Las recuperaciones se realizarán en otro grupo en función de la disponibilidad, no asegurando que el nivel sea el mismo que en las clases periódicas.
Es necesario estar al día de los pagos mensuales para tener derecho a las recuperaciones.
Si no se puede atender a las 4 sesiones mensuales con periodicidad, el sistema de pago pasará a ser de bono de 10 sesiones (250 euros).
La caducidad del bono de 10 sesiones es de 6 meses desde la primera clase.
El abono de la mensualidad se realizará antes de la segunda sesión del mes.
Para participar en las exhibiciones es requisito disponer de la indumentaria reglamentaria.
Para poder subir de nivel o de grupo es necesario el conocimiento del nivel previo, a valorar por la dirección.
Estar inactivo 6 meses o más de manera injustificada supondrá darse de baja y será necesario el pago de matrícula para volver a darse de alta. Se aceptan como bajas justificadas aquellas que supongan un cambio de provincia o país en el domicilio, o por enfermedad grave.
Se ruega aviso previo si se prevé llegar tarde 15 minutos o más a las sesiones.
De llegar tarde a una sesión, es obligatorio calentar antes de incorporarse a la clase.
Las canciones han de ser aprendidas en las clases y solo se permite grabarse a uno mismo para repasar lo aprendido.
Los posibles daños producidos por el uso indebido de los instrumentos será responsabilidad de la persona causante, teniendo que hacerse responsable de los gastos derivados de su reparación o sustitución.
El acceso a la clase de hará de manera ordenada. Se ruega silencio y respeto durante las clases, especialmente en las explicaciones y saludos al inicio/final.
No se permite comer ni beber cerca de los taikos.
Es obligatorio el cumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria de el/los centros donde se imparten las clases. Estos centros se reservan el derecho de admisión de no cumplir dichas normas.
Estás condiciones podrán ser ampliadas o modificadas si se estima oportuno y están a la disponibilidad de todo el mundo desde la web.
La asistencia a las clases y/o ensayos supone la aceptación de las «condiciones y normativa» arriba expuestas. Se notificará a los alumnos con cada modificación de las mismas.

Registration conditions and school regulations:
I consent to Barcelona Taiko to incorporate the photographs and videos in which I appear in its database. The use of audiovisual material will be for advertising or recreational purposes in print and/or digital media as well.
I am aware that all Barcelona Taiko compositions are copyrighted and the copying or distribution of videos, photos and/or didactic material provided for the classes is prohibited.
I declare that I will not hold Barcelona Taiko responsible for any personal loss, accident or any other damage that may result during taiko classes and/or events.
I accept the privacy and data use conditions (it will be provided the right of access, rectification and cancellation is desired, stating our commitment to discretion and confidentiality).
To be able to act in the events, it is a requirement to actively participate in Barcelona Taiko activities and attend regular monthly classes.
Barcelona Taiko reserves the right of admission both in classes and events or shows.
You will not be allowed to perform at events if you are part of another taiko group, except with the express consent of the direction.
Participation in events and exhibitions is not remunerated.
The monthly fee covers 4 sessions of 90 minutes per month (80 euros). For months with 5 days, the specific dates will be announced the previous month.
In order to enjoy the monthly prices, it is necessary to pay the entrance fee (35 euros).
To miss a session and be able to make it up another day, it is necessary to notify at least 48 hours before the absence.
Unjustified absence from a session means the loss of it and its value will not be refunded.
The rescheduling of the missed sessions (max. 1 per month) will be held in the month following the absence.
The make-up sessions will be made in another group based on availability, not ensuring that the level is the same as in the regular classes.
You need to be up to date with your monthly payments to be eligible for make-up sessions.
If the 4 monthly sessions cannot be attended regularly, the payment system will become a 10-session fee (250 euros).
The expiration of the 10 sessions is 6 months from the first session.
The payment for the monthly lessons will be made before the second session of the month.
To participate in the exhibitions it is required to have the regulatory clothing.
To be able to move up in level or group, knowledge of the previous level is necessary, to be assessed by the direction.
Being inactive for 6 months or more unjustifiably means unsubscribing and the entrance fee will be necessary to re-entry. Those justifications involving a home change of province or country, or due to serious illness, are accepted as justified and don’t need to pay again the entrance fee.
Prior notice is requested if you are expected to be late to any session 15 minutes or more.
If you are late for a session, it is mandatory to warm up before joining the class.
The songs have to be learned in class and it is only allowed to record yourself to review what you have learned.
Any possible damage caused by the improper use of the instruments will be the responsibility of the person causing the damage, having to be responsible for the expenses derived from their repair or replacement.
Access to the class will be done in an orderly manner. Silence and respect are requested during classes, especially in the explanations and greetings at the beginning/end.
Eating or drinking is not allowed near the taikos.
Compliance with the health regulations of the centres where the classes are held is mandatory. These centres reserve the right of admission.
These conditions may be extended or modified if deemed appropriate and are available to everyone from the web.
Attendance at classes and/or rehearsals implies acceptance of all these «conditions and regulations». Students will be notified if any change has been made.
