Condiciones de inscripción y normativa de la escuela:

Consiento a Barcelona Taiko a incorporar en su base de datos las fotografías y vídeos en los que aparezco, así como al uso de dicho material audiovisual con fines publicitarios o lúdicos en medios impresos y/o digitales.
Soy conocedor/a de que todas las composiciones de Barcelona Taiko tienen derechos reservados, quedando prohibida la copia o distribución de vídeos, fotografías y/o material didáctico proporcionado para las clases.
Declaro que no haré responsable a Barcelona Taiko, en la medida permitida por la ley, de ninguna pérdida personal, accidente o cualquier otro daño que pudiera producirse durante las clases y/o eventos de taiko.
Acepto las condiciones de privacidad y uso de datos. Podré ejercer, si así lo deseo, los derechos de acceso, rectificación y cancelación, manifestándose por parte de la organización su compromiso de discreción y confidencialidad.
Para poder actuar en eventos es requisito participar activamente en las actividades de la escuela y asistir con regularidad a las clases mensuales.
Barcelona Taiko se reserva el derecho de admisión tanto en las clases como en la participación en eventos.
No se permitirá actuar en eventos si se forma parte de otro grupo de taiko, salvo consentimiento expreso de la dirección.
La participación en eventos y exhibiciones no está remunerada.
La tarifa mensual cubre 4 sesiones de 90 minutos al mes (96 €). En los meses que cuenten con 5 sesiones, las fechas concretas se anunciarán con anterioridad.
Para mensualidades reducidas, el precio se computará a 24 € por sesión, en función de las sesiones planificadas.
Para poder beneficiarse de los precios mensuales es obligatorio el pago de la tasa de matrícula (45 €), que se abona una única vez.
La inactividad injustificada durante 6 meses o más supondrá la baja automática, siendo necesario el pago de la matrícula para volver a darse de alta. Se consideran bajas justificadas aquellas derivadas de enfermedad grave.
Para faltar a una sesión y poder recuperarla otro día es imprescindible avisar por escrito con un mínimo de 48 horas de antelación.
La falta injustificada a una sesión supone la pérdida de la misma, no siendo reembolsable su importe.
Las sesiones de recuperación (máximo 1 por mes) se realizarán en el mes siguiente al de la falta.
Las recuperaciones se realizarán en otro grupo en función de la disponibilidad, no garantizándose que el nivel sea el mismo que el de las clases periódicas.
Es imprescindible estar al día de los pagos mensuales para tener derecho a las recuperaciones.
Cuando no sea posible asistir con regularidad a las 4 sesiones mensuales, el sistema de pago pasará a ser un bono de 10 sesiones (280 €).
La caducidad del bono de 10 sesiones será de 6 meses desde la primera clase.
El abono de la mensualidad deberá realizarse antes del inicio del mes al que se pretende asistir.
Para poder beneficiarse de la tarifa reducida (22 € por sesión), será necesario el pago anticipado del cuatrimestre.
El año lectivo se divide en tres cuatrimestres:
– Primer cuatrimestre: de septiembre a diciembre, ambos incluidos.
– Primer cuatrimestre: de septiembre a diciembre, ambos incluidos.
– Segundo cuatrimestre: de enero a abril, ambos incluidos.
– Tercer cuatrimestre: de mayo a agosto, ambos incluidos.
Se podrá asistir a sesiones adicionales a las incluidas en la mensualidad en otros días. Precios a consultar.
Para participar en exhibiciones es requisito disponer de la indumentaria reglamentaria.
Para poder subir de nivel o de grupo será necesario acreditar el conocimiento del nivel previo, que será valorado por la dirección.
Se ruega aviso previo si se prevé llegar 15 minutos o más tarde a una sesión.
En caso de llegar tarde, será obligatorio calentar antes de incorporarse a la clase.
Las canciones deberán aprenderse en las clases. Únicamente se permite la grabación individual para repasar lo aprendido.
Los daños producidos por el uso indebido de los instrumentos serán responsabilidad de la persona causante, quien deberá asumir los gastos derivados de su reparación o sustitución.
El acceso a las clases se realizará de forma ordenada. Se ruega silencio y respeto durante las mismas, especialmente durante las explicaciones y los saludos de inicio y final.
No se permite comer ni beber dentro de las salas.
Es obligatorio cumplir la normativa sanitaria de los centros donde se imparten las clases. Dichos centros se reservan el derecho de admisión en caso de incumplimiento de dichas normas.
Estas condiciones podrán ser ampliadas o modificadas cuando se estime oportuno y estarán disponibles para su consulta en la web.
La asistencia a clases, ensayos y/o eventos implica la aceptación íntegra de las presentes condiciones y normativa. Los alumnos serán notificados de cualquier modificación de las mismas.

Registration conditions and school regulations:

I acknowledge that all compositions created by Barcelona Taiko are protected by copyright, and that the copying or distribution of videos, photographs and/or educational material provided for classes is strictly prohibited.
I declare that I will not hold Barcelona Taiko liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any personal loss, accident or any other damage that may occur during taiko classes and/or events.
I accept the privacy and data usage conditions. I may exercise my rights of access, rectification and cancellation at any time, and I acknowledge the organisation’s commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
In order to perform at events, active participation in the school’s activities and regular attendance at monthly classes are required.
Barcelona Taiko reserves the right of admission to both classes and participation in events.
Participation in events will not be permitted if the participant is a member of another taiko group, unless expressly authorised by the management.
Participation in events and exhibitions is not remunerated.
The monthly fee covers 4 sessions of 90 minutes per month (€96). In months with 5 sessions, the specific dates will be announced in advance.
For reduced monthly attendance, the fee will be calculated at €24 per session, based on the planned sessions.
To benefit from the monthly rates, payment of the enrolment fee (€45) is required. This fee is paid only once.
Unjustified inactivity for 6 months or more will result in automatic deregistration, and payment of the enrolment fee will be required in order to register again. Absences due to serious illness will be considered justified.
In order to miss a session and be able to make it up on another day, written notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance.
Unjustified absence from a session results in the loss of that session, and its value will not be refunded.
Make-up sessions (maximum 1 per month) will take place in the month following the missed session.
Make-up sessions will be held in another group depending on availability, and the level of the class cannot be guaranteed to be the same as that of the regular group.
Monthly payments must be up to date in order to be entitled to make-up sessions.
If regular attendance at the 4 monthly sessions is not possible, the payment system will change to a 10-session pass (€280).
The 10-session pass will expire 6 months from the date of the first class.
Monthly fees must be paid before the start of the month the student intends to attend.
To benefit from the reduced rate (€22 per session), advance payment of the four-month term is required.
The academic year is divided into three four-month terms:
– First term: September to December, inclusive.
– Second term: January to April, inclusive.
– Third term: May to August, inclusive.
Additional sessions beyond those included in the monthly fee may be attended on other days. Prices available upon request.
To participate in exhibitions, the official attire is required.
In order to move up to a higher level or group, prior knowledge of the corresponding level is required and will be assessed by the management.
Please notify in advance if you expect to arrive 15 minutes or more late to a session.
If arriving late, warming up before joining the class is mandatory.
Songs must be learned during classes. Only individual self-recording is permitted for the purpose of reviewing what has been learned.
Any damage caused by improper use of the instruments will be the responsibility of the person causing it, who will be required to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
Access to classes must be orderly. Silence and respect are requested during sessions, especially during explanations and opening/closing greetings.
Eating or drinking inside the practice rooms is not permitted.
Compliance with the health and safety regulations of the centres where classes are held is mandatory. These centres reserve the right of admission in the event of non-compliance.
These conditions may be extended or modified if deemed necessary and will be available for public consultation on the website.
Attendance at classes, rehearsals and/or events implies full acceptance of these conditions and regulations. Students will be notified of any modifications.

Barcelona Taiko によるすべての楽曲および構成作品には著作権があり、クラスで提供される動画、写真、教材等の複製および配布は禁止されていることを理解しています。
私は、法令で認められる範囲内において、和太鼓のクラス、リハーサルおよび／またはイベント中に発生した個人的な損失、事故、その他いかなる損害についても、Barcelona Taiko に責任を求めないことをここに宣言します。
私は、個人情報の取扱いおよびプライバシーに関する条件に同意します。必要に応じて、情報の閲覧、訂正、削除の権利を行使できること、および運営側が守秘義務と機密保持を遵守することを理解しています。
イベントに出演するためには、スクールの活動に積極的に参加し、月ごとの定期クラスに継続的に出席することが条件となります。
Barcelona Taiko は、クラスおよびイベント参加の入場可否を判断する権利を留保します。
他の太鼓グループに所属している場合、運営の明確な許可がない限り、イベントへの出演は認められません。
イベントおよび展示会への参加は無償とします。
月額料金には、月4回・各90分のセッションが含まれます（96ユーロ）。月に5回のセッションがある場合は、事前に日程をお知らせします。
月額回数が少ない場合、料金は1セッションあたり24ユーロとして計算されます（予定されたセッション数に基づく）。
月額料金を適用するためには、**登録料（45ユーロ）**の支払いが必要です。登録料は初回のみの支払いとなります。
正当な理由なく6か月以上活動がない場合は自動的に退会扱いとなり、再登録には登録料の再支払いが必要となります。重篤な疾病による欠席は正当な理由として認められます。
クラスを欠席し、別日に振替を希望する場合は、少なくとも48時間前までに書面での連絡が必要です。
正当な理由のない欠席は、そのセッションの消化扱いとなり、返金は行われません。
振替クラスは月1回までとし、欠席した翌月に実施されます。
振替は空き状況に応じて別のグループで行われる場合があり、通常クラスと同じレベルであることは保証されません。
振替クラスを受講するためには、月額料金の支払いが完了している必要があります。
月4回の定期参加が難しい場合、支払い方法は**10回分チケット（280ユーロ）**に変更されます。
10回分チケットの有効期限は、初回クラス受講日から6か月間です。
月額料金は、受講予定月の開始前にお支払いください。
割引料金（1セッション22ユーロ）を適用するには、4か月単位での前払いが必要です。
学年度は以下の3つの4か月期間に分かれます：
– 第1期：9月〜12月
– 第2期：1月〜4月
– 第3期：5月〜8月
月額料金に含まれない追加セッションを、別日に受講することができます。料金はお問い合わせください。
展示会・イベントに参加する際は、所定の衣装を着用することが必須です。
レベルやグループを変更する場合は、該当レベルの事前知識が必要となり、運営側による判断が行われます。
セッションに15分以上遅れる場合は、事前にご連絡ください。
遅れて到着した場合は、クラスに参加する前に必ずウォームアップを行ってください。
楽曲はクラス内で習得するものとし、復習目的に限り、本人による録音のみを許可します。
楽器の不適切な使用によって生じた損傷については、当事者が修理または交換にかかる費用を負担するものとします。
クラスへの入室は秩序をもって行ってください。特に説明時や開始・終了時の挨拶の際には、静粛と敬意を求めます。
教室内での飲食は禁止されています。
クラスが実施される施設の衛生・安全規則を遵守することは必須です。規則を守らない場合、当該施設は入場をお断りする権利を有します。
本規則は、必要に応じて変更または追加されることがあります。最新の内容はウェブサイトにて公開されます。
クラス、リハーサルおよび／またはイベントへの参加は、上記の条件および規則に同意したものとみなされます。内容に変更がある場合は、受講者に通知します。
